Tension & compression test systems controlled via a touch screen interface

A semi-automatic force measurement solution, ideal for routine testing on the production floor

Used directly within the manufacturing environment, the MultiTest-xt tensile tester requires minimal training to begin performing quick, accurate in-line production tensile tests, with the press of just two buttons. Clear colour-coded pass/fail indicators allow smooth, efficient quality control checks, whilst a range of calculations provide ample data interrogation options.

For greater versatility and exceptional data analysis capability, have a look at our computer-controlled test systems.

Key benefits of our touch screen force test systems include;

altQuick, efficient tensile testing solution

Instant tensile test selection available including easy access to 5 'favourite' frequently used tests for fast tensile test initiation. Simple menu selection makes it far easier for operators to intuitively learn to use the tensile testing equipment.

Clear results

Pass/fail indicators can be used for swift identification of good and bad samples. The large, clear display shows tensile test data as a 'live event' graphically, in order to observe changes in sample performance, or in tabulated form for comparisons between tensile tests.

Evaluation & Reporting

A suite of calculations are provided to enable thorough evaluation of results, highlighting points of interest. Standard and customisable report templates are available, which can be stored or exported to Microsoft Excel® or SPC packages.

Programmable

altLimitless tensile tests can be created and stored within the MultiTest-xt enabling you to design and alter tests to meet your current and future needs. Password protected areas seperate administrators from everyday operators, preventing accidental changes to test programs.

Transfer data to peripheral devices

Export data direct to a PC, printer or datalogger for further analysis and reporting via USB or wireless network.

A range of test stands

Single and twin column stands covers the range from 1000N up to 50,000N.

Additional features include;

  • Upgrade to run programs written in Mecmesin's powerful Emperor™ software
  • Load holding available in two separate programmable steps
  • Digital I/O for interface with a PLC/Digital Control Interface
